In sum, Ingegneria Multimediale s.r.l. and VeriMall cannot and do not control the seller's behavior and the buyer's behavior. Ingegneria Multimediale s.r.l. and VeriMall do not get involved if there is a dispute between the buyer and seller. If Ingegneria Multimediale s.r.l. believes, in its sole discretion, that there is a violation of them has the right to discontinue any link and to exclude any seller or buyer from participating in VeriMall shopping guide and VeriMall site.

If we do charge fees, we will tell you in advance.
3. The sellers may list only items that they have the legal right to sell. There are some things that they may not list or sell under any circumstances. These include:

• Live animals
• Food, other than packaged food meeting all applicable federal, state, and local standards for sale to consumers by commercial merchants
• Alcoholic beverages (except if you are reselling an alcoholic beverage that was initially purchased from a retailer and is still in its original container and it is legal to deliver into the jurisdiction where the buyer lives).
• Stolen goods
• Firearms
• Any item which, in Ingegneria Multimediale s.r.l. 's sole discretion, is inflammatory, offensive, or otherwise inconsistent with the spirit of VeriMall site.

4. Additional rules for VeriMall are posted at various places within VeriMall. These rules may be changed by Ingegneria Multimediale s.r.l. without notice and in its sole discretion. Please refer to the legal terms and disclaimer of each of the sellers.
5. VeriMall is only a place to communicate with other buyers and sellers. VeriMall has no involvement in the actual transaction between buyer and seller, except a fee provided to Ingegneria Multimediale by the sellers for every orders they get from www.VeriMall.com. As described above, VeriMall is only a place where buyers and sellers can meet and communicate with one another. We don't have any authority to act for buyers or sellers or to accept orders. We don't have any involvement in the actual transaction, except the final commission we get from the sellers: for every trouble the buyer must refer directly to the seller . We have no control over the quality, safety, or legality of items advertised, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of sellers to actually sell items they list, or the ability of buyers to actually buy items they ordered. We cannot and do not control how sellers and buyers complete transactions. Please remember that there are risks in dealing with people you do not know, and that Ingegneria Multimediale s.r.l. has no control over such risks. You should always act with care. We encourage you to communicate with the company on the other side of a transaction to help you evaluate the seller, but also to do so thoughtfully and carefully so as not to make yourself unduly vulnerable to someone you do not know. Because we are not involved in the transactions between buyers and sellers, you hereby release Ingegneria Multimediale s.r.l., VeriMall , and our agents, employees, and affiliates from all claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with listings, ads, orders, links, offers, uncompleted or completed transactions, or items offered or actually sold. Please also understand that we cannot and do not control the information other users make available through the Service. Even though prohibited, people may provide information that is offensive, false, harmful, or deceptive. Also, it is important that you think about what information you give to others. Always be thoughtful about what information you share when using this service.

Sellers agree that Ingegneria Multimediale s.r.l., in its sole discretion, may terminate any of links, ads, offers, pages or use of the Service immediately and without notice if (a) Ingegneria Multimediale s.r.l.believes that seller have acted inconsistently with the spirit or the letter of this Agreement, or (b) if Ingegneria Multimediale s.r.l. believes that seller have violated or tried to violate the rights of other users.

Ingegneria Multimediale s.r.l.will not share any of your user information with other parties in VeriMall except for your e-mail address when you either the seller or the buyer in a transaction, if necessary.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES.

AND VeriMall MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET USER'S REQUIREMENTS, THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR FREE; NOR DO INGEGNERIA MULTIMEDIALE S.R.L. OR VeriMall MAKE ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE OR AS TO THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE NOR THAT DEFECTS, IF ANY, IN THE SOFTWARE WILL BE CORRECTED. USER UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT ANY MATERIAL AND/OR DATA DOWNLOADED FROM THE SERVICE OR ANY GOODS OR SERVICES OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE IS DONE AT USER'S OWN DISCRETION AND RISK AND THAT USER WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE RESULTING FROM ANY DOWNLOAD OR ORTHER TRANSACTION.

NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY USER FROM INGEGNERIA MULTIMEDIALE S.R.L. OR THROUGH OR FROM THE SERVICE SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.

USER AGREES THAT INGEGNERIA MULTIMEDIALE S.R.L. AND VeriMall SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, RESULTING FROM THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE OR FOR COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES OR RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS, DATA, INFORMATION OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH OR FROM THE SERVICE OR RESULTING FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF USER'S TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA OR ARISING FROM ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE, EVEN IF INGEGNERIA MULTIMEDIALE S.R.L. HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

USER FURTHER AGREES THAT INGEGNERIA MULTIMEDIALE S.R.L. AND VeriMall SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM INTERRUPTION, SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION OF SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY AMAGES, WHETHER SUCH INTERRUPTION, SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION WAS JUSTIFIED OR NOT, NEGLIGENT OR INTENTIONAL, INADVERTENT OR ADVERTENT.

USER AGREES THAT INGEGNERIA MULTIMEDIALE S.R.L. SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE TO USER, OR ANYONE, FOR THE STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. INGEGNERIA MULTIMEDIALE S.R.L. AND VeriMall 'S LIABILITY TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PARTIES IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCES IS LIMITED TO $200 EACH. SOME STATES MAY NOT ALLOW THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, SO THESE LIMITS ON LIABILITY MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Compliance With Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations concerning your participation in the Service both as a buyer and a seller.

Entering the site www.VeriMall.com you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, sublicenseable (through multiple tiers) right to exercise all copyright and publicity rights, in any existing or future media, known or unknown, over the material displayed in your listings, links, ads, offers.

You agree not to resell or assign your rights or obligations under these terms and conditions. You also agree not to make any unauthorized commercial use of the Service.

You agree not to make use of anyone else's Information other than as necessary to participate in VeriMall and to complete any VeriMall transactions in which you are involved.

VeriMall shows links, ads and pages from the sellers' sites at its sole discretion. The agreement between Ingegneria Multimediale s.r.l. and the buyers that are linked or present in www.VeriMall.com implies that the buyers pay to Ingegneria Multimediale s.r.l. a fee for every order the buyers get from a customer that found their products or services through VeriMall. Ingegneria Multimediale s.r.l. and VeriMall are not responsible for the transaction and for the payment processing: the payment processing and the transaction happen and conclude on server and www sites that are outside of the www.VeriMall.com site, except opposite warning.

Ingegneria Multimediale s.r.l. signed a reseller agreement with each of the sellers linked or shown in www.VeriMall.com. This agreement implies a link on www.VeriMall.com to each of the seller's sites: THE ORDER PROCESSING, THE PRODUCT SHIPPING, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HANDLING AND BILLING ARE MANAGED BY THE SELLER AND THEY ARE NOT UNDER THE RESPONSIBILITY OF INGEGNERIA MULTIMEDIALE S.R.L. AND VeriMall. PLEASE REFER TO THE LEGAL TERMS AND DISCLAIMERS OF EACH OF THE SELLERS.

Any notice to you or to us shall be made by either email or regular mail. We may also give notice of changes to these terms and conditions or other matters related to VeriMall by displaying notices to users on the Service.

These terms and conditions and the relationship between User and Ingegneria Multimediale s.r.l. shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin without regard to its conflict of law provisions. User and Ingegneria Multimediale s.r.l. agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the county of Recine, Wisconsin. The failure of Ingegneria Multimediale s.r.l. to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the these terms and conditions remain in full force and effect.
